Amaura and Tyrunt both debuted in Pokémon GO. The duo from the Kalos region came to the game along with Adventure Week. You will need to complete some tasks or hatch Eggs to capture them. In addition to the availability of Amaura and Tyrunt, Adventure Week still brings some bonuses. Trainers receive a double EP in Pokéstops. How to catch Amaura and Tyrunt in Pokemon GO?
There are three ways to capture Amaura and Tyrunt in Pokémon GO: in the wild, through research, and by hatching 7km eggs. All of these methods are linked to the Adventure Week event:
How to capture Amaura?
Complete the quest Earn 5 Candies by Exploring with Your Buddy, available in Adventure Week: Adventure Challenge;
Fulfill the Field Research tasks that can be accomplished after spinning Poképaras. They are: Spin 25 Photodisks from PokéStops or Gyms and Walk 5km (both can meet Amaura or Tyrunt);
Hatching 7km eggs that were received during the Adventure Week;
During the Ultra Unlock research, find it in the wild on the 12th (Sunday). Opening hours in Amaura: from 11 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 2 pm.
How to capture Tyrunt?
Complete the quest Spin 50 Photodisks from PokéStops or Gyms, available in the Adventure Week: Adventure Challenge;
Fulfill the Field Research tasks that can be accomplished after spinning Poképaras. They are: Spin 25 Photodisks from PokéStops or Gyms and Walk 5km (both can meet Amaura or Tyrunt);
Hatching 7km eggs that were received during the Adventure Week;
During the Ultra Unlock research, find it in the wild on the 12th (Sunday). Tyrunt hours: from 12:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 15:00.
