The Alala season is in full view right now in pokémon IR and has already resulted in the appearance of a handful of new Pokémon of sol and Luna. Pokémon As Litten, Popplio and Rowlett can be easily found in nature at this time, and soon they will join another Pokémon from Alolan: Oricorio! Niantic will add to Oricio as part of a Global Festival of Colors event, starting from March 15 at 10 a.m. m. local time. In Pokémon Sol and Luna, Oricorio has four different forms, and those will appear during the event. However, each form of a oricory will be the exclusive of a specific region:
- Dancing Style Oricorio: Fire type / flying that appears in Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Pa’u Oricorio style: Psychic type / flying that appears on Africa Islands, Asia, Pacific and Caribbean
- POM-POM STYLE ORICORY: Electric type / flying that appears in the Americas
- Sensu Style Oricorio: Ghost / Flying-Type that appears in the Asia-Pacific region
Although Oricorio is the main highlight of the event, players can also expect other fun things. Taking snapshots every day could lead to a meeting with a Shiny Pokémon, although Niantic has not offered any specific details about it. The bait modules activated during the event will last three hours. There will also be a “colorful collection challenge” and free avatar elements in the game store. The event will end on March 20 at 8:00 p. m., Local time, but the free Avatar elements will remain available to claim after the Color Festival completes.
In Pokémon Sol and Luna, players could change the form of a choler by giving different types of nectar. While nectar is not an article in pokémon IR, it is a bit strange that Niantic did not incorporate changes in a form as he did with Furfrou. The players could change the form of Furfrou after obtaining a certain amount of candy, as if they were evolving. Some fans are already upset because they will not be able to obtain the other forms of oricory easily due to the specific decision of the region. With luck, Niantic will make the other forms of choler easier to get in the future!
